What is a Gift Card?
A Gift Card is not a credit card, charge card or debit card it is a prepaid
payment device that, when you give it, comes with a set dollar value. The
total dollar amount of purchases made with the Gift Card will be automatically
deducted from the value of the Gift Card. Transactions that exceed the
amount available on the Gift Card will be declined. Please review all applicable
Terms and Conditions accompanying the Gift Card.
 

Where can the Gift Card be used?
The Card may be used at merchants and retailers in the United States that accept the American Express Card ("Merchants").

The Gift Cards cannot be used at cruise lines, car rental or at casinos or ATM's.
Additional usage restrictions and guidelines apply to the Gift Cards. Please review the applicable Terms and Conditions.


Are there any fees associated with the Gift Card?
This card has NO FEES AFTER PURCHASE (including dormancy, service or other fees).  Please review the applicable Terms and Conditions for complete details.


Do the funds on my Gift Card expire?
No, the funds do not expire. 


Can the Gift Card be combined with other forms of payment?
Yes. If there are insufficient Available Funds on the Gift Card and the
Cardholder wishes to use the Gift Card to purchase an item for more than
the Available Funds, depending on the merchant’s policy, the Cardholder may
be able to use the Gift Card toward a portion of the final purchase price,
and then use another form of payment to pay the balance of the final purchase
price. Please review the applicable Terms and Conditions for more details.


How do I return something purchased with the Gift Card?
If you wish to return any merchandise purchased with the Gift Card, you will
be subject to the merchant’s return policies. If the merchant issues a credit
to the Gift Card, such funds may not be available for three to seven days.

What does your service cost?

Standard USPS shipping and handling is $10.20 and includes:

  

a gift card and packaging

   

  

delivery by US Postal Service within 5-10 business days

   

What dollar amounts are gift cards available in?

Individual Gift Cards can be ordered in values beginning with $25.00 but less than $300.
Customer orders may not exceed $300.  If you require an order that exceeds $300 please contact your mall Customer Service Center.  Select Return to Mall to obtain contact information regarding your specific shopping mall.
                                                                          

How do I pay?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.

 

What happens after I place my order?

After your order has been received, we will e-mail you a confirmation.

 

Is there an expiration date on the gift cards?

No.  The "valid thru" date on the front of the Card is the date through which your physical plastic card must be used.  This date is required to process transactions at merchants that request a plastic expiration date.  Even if the "valid thru" date has passed on the Card, it's Available Balance remains unchanged and intact.  In order to keep making purchases with your Available Balance, after a Card's "valid thru" date has passed, please call 1-877-297-4438 for a free replacement card.

 

Is your service available outside the United States?                 

We can only ship gift cards to addresses in the United States.

 

How are gift cards delivered?

Orders are normally shipped within 72 hours (Monday thru Friday) after the credit card authorization is approved and received.  Shipments are made using the US Postal Service Signature Information Service, with delivery usually occurring within 5 to 10 business days. During peak holiday periods it is recommended that you ship your gift cards using our Expedited Services which are available for an additional fee.  Please note an adult must sign for the delivery of the gift card package.

 

Can I get overnight delivery?

We offer the following expedited delivery options at an additional cost to our standard shipping and handling charge:

  

2-day Federal Express service for $17.95 plus a $2.25 S&H charge.

   

  

Federal Express Standard for $23.95 plus a $2.25 S&H charge.

Federal Express Saver for $15.95 plus a $2.25 S&H charge.

   

   
 
 

Can gift cards be shipped to me?

Yes, as long as the shipping address is not a P.O. Box..

 

What kind of  packaging will my gift card come with?

The standard gift card will be shipped with a gift card, terms and conditions notice, and gift card sleeve.

 

What if I want to change my order after I have placed it?

Normally orders are processed and shipped in a few hours, as such, all orders are final once placed.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

Call our toll-free number (800) 225-6466 to speak with our Gift Card Customer Service Department from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST Monday through Friday.  Special holiday hours during the Christmas season will be available.

 

Is it safe to order using your site?

What is your privacy policy?

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the only use of your information will be to improve your shopping experience.  

 

If gift cards are lost or stolen after they are received is there any way to get them replaced or refunded?

You can call (800) 225-6466 to speak with a Customer Service Representative weekdays 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.  As part of our lost and stolen card confirmation process, we will need to verify the card has not been used, confirm the purchase and validate the recipients information.  To assist in this process please be prepared to provide our Customer Service Representative this information.  This process will take a reasonable length of time.

The customer will be asked to provide proof of purchase or other identifying data.
